Entrepreneur & Social Innovator

Brian Hickey is a business student studying entrepreneurship and marketing at Babson College. He is also a Babson College Weissman Scholar and a Foot Locker Scholar, which provide Brian with resources to support his efforts to make an impact on his local and global communities. His diverse experiences include travel to several European and African countries where he has benefited from unique opportunities to learn from and interact with business leaders. Through his work with large and small businesses and international studies at the London School of Economics, he has been able to gain a valuable global perspective that has helped prepare him to make a contribution immediately upon graduation.

He is passionate about volunteer service and works to support opportunities in education, business, and healthcare in rural Africa and is currently exploring sustainable business opportunities for local villagers. Brian serves as a Babson College Social Media Ambassador connecting the community through blogging and social networks and is a long-time runner who competes for the school. He welcomes hearing from others who share his passion for solving business challenges with creativity, enthusiasm, and energy.
